Hellboy Reccomendations

Just bought the graphic novel "The Conqueror Worm", 1st Hellboy I've read, and I loved it. Can anyone suggest must reads from the Hellboy series? Thanks!-Joel

Just read them all. Seriously I think "Wolves of St. August" might be my favorite.

Well seeds of destruction is the first if your are confused about any of the characters origins.
Also Right hand of doom is a good book.
Also if your like Hellboy you should read Mike Mignola' BPRD

Try getting The Chained Coffin TPB, alot of good stories in that one.

I really liked Wolves of St. August and Almost Colossus was good as well, best line from that story is when Hellboy is fighting Colossus and Colossus is going on and on about how he's the new God:

Colossus: Creature you think you can flee from God? Sneak, crawl burrow in the earth. The eyes of God are upon you.

(Hellboy is surrounded by trees)

Hellboy: Sure now hold that pose.

(Twack, Hellboy launches a tree into Colossus' neck.)

Hellboy: Gotcha, now God has a tree in his neck!

You should have read them in order.:cry: because, well; Conquerer Worm was a triumphant peak. It was, in my opinion the best of a great run. If you are just getting into hellboy; pick up the TPBs and read them in order... here's some info, though more (not done by Mignola) has come out since:
