Thanks for the comments about my entries.

Even while juggling work, my home life and a death in the family (See you in heaven, Grandma Lil), I was still able to do the Technet mods about 3 at a time, for a total of about 9 hours work for all six, seven with Yap. Modding is very therapuetic for me -- a great outlet for stress and contemplation.

I already had three of the Excalibur mods done before the contest, so Phoenix was whipped out in less than two hours.

I'd appreciate any critiques you have about how I could improve any of these entries, since I should have time to tweak a few before the deadline.

My favorite and most challenging entry should be posted by Tuesday this week.

First off: My condolences on your loss. There aren't any really good words at a time like this, but you and your family will be in my thoughts.

Second: I'll be honest, I took one look at Gatecrasher and went "Oh well, maybe I'll end up in the top three" That fig is staggeringly accurate. I have a pretty good idea of who is still behind the curtain, and honestly you have put fear in my modding heart. ;) Best of luck with the final mod, they are all uniformly top notch.

Incredibal stuff as always Steven. Extremely accurate and attractive to look at - the painting, piecing and sculpting - all A+++

My condolensces also for the loss of your grandmother. I find modeling very therapuetic as well and since taking it up, although I take breaks, I don't think I'll ever give it up - not unit the old eyes fail.
