Only thing with them is they are a little larger, but nowhere near the out of scale ratio of Archangel

Very Good. I think Nightwing's original sculpt is fine the way it is but batgirl looks awesome!

Are there any villians in the set?

Not generics like thugs or pedistrians?

Isn't the point of using different figures to have BETTER figures than the regular versions. The sculpting and paint schemes are far inferior to clix figures. I'd try giving them all custom paint jobs. If you're looking for pre-painted figures that are ultra-cheap, I'd try picking up the Star Wars: Epic Duels game. Kay-Bee stores that are going out of business have them for only five bucks. All the classic and prequel figures are there, as well as a few bad guy generics.

I kinda like the figures just as much as the Clix ones...just the glossy paint isn't my thing.

thanks Puuka

Mostly aimed at kids

Sadly, the only sculpt that I think even competes with what WizKids produced for these figures is Batgirl.

But, then again, the only reason I don't like the original Batgirl is because of the dial, not the sculpt. So, I guess I'd think about trading this one out on the new version that's coming out.

It's just hard for me to think that there's really a need to use these 'alternatives' when the originals far exceeded the quality. Good find, though, Puuka.

Would be fun for a Scenario... somthing like a Bat-family team has to destroy their clones and the evil force behind them (Perhaps Clayface - I dunno).

Put all these on lower versions of their dials (or low-powered imitators) and have fun with it. Make it like a video game or something... run through the thugs, then the team splits up to fight evil clones of their buddies, and then the final showdown. Cheap way to do a cool scenario, but otherwise I agree with JacinB.
