who/what group is the Tenn Titan's Arch nemisis, or main bad guy(s)??? For the life of me, I can't figure it out. Do they even have a classic nemisis???

I'd have to say that it's Deathstroke. In the least, the cartoon plays him as their main adversary, and he certainly gave the Titans the most grief during the first few years of New Teen Titans. I'm not sure if he would still be considered their main nemesis now, as he sometimes teams up with them.

There are two over the years that shadow everybody else... the Dominant is Deathstroke the Terminator. The secondary is Raven's father, Trigon the Terrible. He was the entire reason the Second Titans were organized.

Early on during the Classic Wolfman-Perez run, the Fearsome Five (Dr. Light, Mammoth, Gizmo, Psion, and that element chick) and Brother Blood also were recurring villains. Brother Blood is making a come back during the current series. The HIVE organization was also a major behind the scenes villain in the series.

The Cult of Blood (Brother Blood) and H.I.V.E. have always been two organisations opposing the Titans. To a lesser degree, the Brotherhood of Evil and the Fearsome Five have also been adversaries. As individual Villains: Deathstroke, Trigon and Wildebeest are pretty high up the totem pole as well.

All the different Brother Blood's and his cults.

Lesser known villians or groups would Fearsome Five (Dr. Light, Psimon,...), Brotherhood of Evil (villains to the original Doom Patrol), and the H.I.V.E. (group of scientists, who employed other people, like Deathstoke, to do their dirtywork).

Hmm. I guess this question has been answered a lot.

the H.I.V.E. is important because it was them who set about hiring the son of Deathstroke to kill them for money. When he failed, Slade himself stepped up and hence has been kinda obsessed with it.

To my knowledge the Fearsome Five only has three members alive currently. Gizmo, Mammoth, and Dr. Light. And currently Dr. Light doesn't work with them. As seen in the last TTitans Mammoth is in denial and doesn't recall the fifth member's (his sister) death.

Brother Blood is a big one for them. He is so much better in the comics than as a figure.

And as long as Raven walks the mortal plane ... Trigon is a problem for them.

In the true "arch-enemy" field the Titans don't really have a definitive one.

H.I.V.E. was a major thorn in their side, but didn't start out as a Titans' villian and was more or less dealt with shortly after Dick became Nightwing.

Deathstroke the Terminator started out as a major villian, but later not only ceased his vendetta against the Titans but actually worked with the team on a regular basis for about a year. Heck, he even came to Nightwing's apartment to talk recently.

Trigon the Terrible was the reason the Wolfman/Perez-era Titans first formed. Big major evil, but only a couple of actual appearances and is supposedly dead.

Fearsome Five & the Brotherhood of Evil were, again, early villians but not around much in the Titans' later years.

Brother Blood & the Cult of Blood were a major behind-the-scenes force for many years, but up until the recent events in Teen Titans & Outsiders it has been over a decade since he was retired.

Blackfire, the Gordanians and all of the mess in the Vega system (Starfire's home star-system) had at least 4 separate story-arcs, so they'd have to rate on this list.

And while it may have been a bad time for the Titans, one cannot forget the whole Wildebeast/Titans Hunt mess. Definitely an arch-enemy for the years that storyline dragged on and on, leading to the death or maiming several Titans.

But none of the Titans stories since then have really had a solid, recurring villian.

That's the problem with Titans. They are a group and as such don't really have an "arch nemesis"

JLA typically has enemies that are composed of villians of the heros in it. Titans are made out of a bunch of sidekicks and younger heros who haven't had time to get a true enemy.

So to be honest I think only HIVE and Deathstroke (well those that exist still) would be the "teams" arch nemesis holders.

Hmm, funny that I didn't realize that Wildebeast is a villian. He recently made an appearance in the cartoon as a hero. Hmmm.

Yeah, but keep in mind that Gizmo was ALSO in that tourney, and he's obviously NOT a good guy. :) The Titans just haven't fought Wildebeest before. BTW, who was that fiery guy? (Forgot his name on the show)

Psimon is still around. Recently he was inadvertently freed from the Slab by the Outsiders, and he's supposed to come back and wreak some havoc in Outsiders #12 against former Titans Nightwing and Arsenal.

Well, that's another complicated one ;)

Originally the Titans encountered one Wildebeast, who was a guy in a suit. Then they ran into more and more, discovering that there was a veritable army of Wildebeasts. However, the leader of the Wildebeasts did have one genetically engineered that wasn't just a suit of armor but was actually a super-powered monster. That Wildebeast was reformed by the Titans and was last seen living in Russia with Red Star and Pantha.

Dude, regarding the Wildebeasts, they figured out how to make armys of real ones. Didn't you read "Sins of Youth"? This guy named Limbo made real monster Wildebeasts, and Starfire blew them up. Rock!

If memory serves, they did refer to Wildebeest as a hero on the show.

The "fiery guy" on the show was called Hot Spot. I don't know of any DC heroes by that name. However, early press on the episode referred to the character as Joto, who was a member of the Dan Jurgens Teen Titans and had heat-related powers.

I think Brother Blood and Deathstroke.
