Need a link to a good "how to mod" site

Any good sites explaining the basics of modding? I'm a newbie and want to get started...

Also, what kind of clay do you use to make mods to the figures? How do you dry it?

While it is specific to make one character, the principles can be applied to pretty much any mod.

As to clay, I use Tamiya Epoxy Sculpting Putty. It's cheaper by size than Green Stuff/Knead-a-tite and it seems smoother from my experience. Both Green Stuff and Tamiya's Epoxy air dry in about a day or so.

Thanks for the link, proditor... your step by step tutorial was exactly what I was looking for. I started my first repaint last night (Crimson Dynamo... I'm giving him bronze armor repaint as a place to start)

I've been wanting to learn about using the sculpt clay as my room mate and I want to make a special team... we are going to call them the Brute Squad. We got ahold of 10 IC R Hulks and we are going to a make them into a custom squad of bashers (complete with their own team ability) My first Hulk mod is going to be transforming him into a burly Scottish Dude in a kilt... should be fun.
