Cause I'm full. Yup, that big ol BBQ dinner was splendid. Nothing says spring day like BBQ Burgers, dogs and brats with cole slaw and beans.
Now I think I may run up to Dairy Queen for a Sundae or something, you know, just to sit back and relax.

I did. My mom brought one inch thick Iowa pork chops out with her when she came to vist me in Indaina. Man, you haven't grilled until you've griled an Iowa chop. Oh baby....we've got one leftover....drool.
Texas ribeye steak. Beef, it's what's for dinner.
Quit it .. yer making me hungry and I still have an hour left of work.. and sadly won't have BBQ tonight :(

You know what hits the spot after a big dinner? Getting intimate with my Galactus clix that I mugged from some dork in LA. Slapped him upside the head with a bag of oranges. The dork, not Galactus.
BTW, who is Galactus? And what is Heroclix? I just swiped him because it seemed the thing to do. Mob mentality, I guess...
Thanks for your patience with a newbie.
So the US isn't caught in the grips of the whole um, beef industry troubles? I was under the impression they'd found contaminated cattle there as well ? ;/

Contaminated shmaminated, we 'mericans can't live without our charred beef steaks. We take our chances. I like mine about 12 oz and Medium Rare. Just enough blood to make the flavor goooood but warm enough to satisfy my primal nature.

Luckily, most of us Americans are just dumb enough brain rot doesn't effect us. It's the microbial version of a fat man looking mournfully into an empty fridge.

Mmmm, salsa and chips after watching Dawn of teh Dead. I'm gonna have nightmares tonite!
I didn't grill it myself, but I had the best steak ever the other night at a local restaurant. It was a 20oz. Porterhouse.
I ordered it thinking that I'd have some extra left over to take home and make into sandwiches to take to work with me. I mean, 20oz. of meat and a baked pototo and salad should've been more than enough, right?
Wrong. I ate every last bite. One and a third pounds o' beef, baby, in my belly. And, dang it was good.

Just one, around last Christmas. But, she'd come in from a herd in Canada and they tracked down all of the other cattle that had come in from that herd and they were fine.
I was actually impressed that the beef industry had such impressive records, but apparently every cow has it's own version of a social security number that they can use to track just exactly where it's ever been or, at the very least, where it's been since it entered the country.
Man, I had the option the other night of cooking a steak or ordering Pizza, I was feeling lazy, so I got me a Buffalo Chicken Pizza, well guess what came back to bite me at 4 o'clock in the morning? Yup, shoulda gone for the steak......

Now I'm going to have to fire up the old charcoal chimney tonight.
KC strip or cajun pork chops. Choices, choices.

Just bought a nice barbacue grill this weekend...port tenderloin and corn on the cob baby! Gonna do it again tonight...gotta love that corn on the cob.
Not to be a pain, but 16oz=1lb thus 20oz=1 1/4 lbs not 1 1/3
Steak sounds good..................... or Iowa Chops
man this blows I have 2 days before I can get any of those.
mmm.. bbq'd corn on the cob, with a nice thick steak

I love meat and if I catch the cow disease while eating it then that's a risk I'll have to take.
Because I used to raise cows and chickens... and I learned a driving passionate hatred towards them. So if I die from Mad Cow, consider me a casualty of my holy war against the filthy cows and chickens. Pigs I got nothing against. Never had to raise them so I still think they're cute and lovable. I'll eat pork mind you, but only if it is my only option. But I hate cows and chickens so I eat Beef and Chicken... in mass quantities. I encourage you all to do the same because I know this is from the simpsons but I swear to god it's true, they'd eat us if they got the chance. Chickens especially... they tried with me once when I was 4.
As for Dawn of the dead... I saw that movie 5 times! It is soooooooo awesome. Granted if I were in the movie I think I'd have escaped a lot sooner... and remained alive. I loooooooove the "everyone dies" factor.

We know it was planted too. You yankies hate us because we wouldn't help in your little tiff with the middle east. So you try to ruin our economy...
***This has been satire, I have heard people say this though. These are also people I belive would wrap their heads in foil and watch tv through one way glass.***
