300pts open VAS

I need a 300pts team for an open tournament. There will be many first class players with first class teams. It's very competetive and cheeze is allowed, if not wanted.
My ideas are:

With 3 actions + leadership I should be able to activate the hookers without PW. And no, I don't like to play Amazo.

Annihilus in Stealth (Batman TA) ignoring Stealth (Superman TA) enhanced (Psylocke). Having Psylocke as bodyguard. I like this team. I used it preIndy and lost and I'd like to try again.
