I was hoping for major announcements like rules changes and retirement lists that HCRealms could post the full realease in the Press release forum (which you do now) but also publish it in full in the General discussion forum and annotate it in some way.
Make it so that it would always be at the top (like the "Important!" threads) but also have a running FAQ that only an HCRealms moderator can edit.
No replies from the users of the realms.
Instead the moderators can only post to it, posting FAQ questions and answers based on the current discussions. (Even with a seemingly clearly written annoucement, misinterpretation occurs, gets spun out of proportion, rumors get added to it, then HCRealms has to publish/post an interview or release by WK rep in response somewhere else on the Realms that only gets read by a fraction of the users and the whole mess starts over again.)
I hope I presented this idea coherently enough.
The sort of "point by point" of a FAQ can be easier to reference info than a dense press release.
