You must set the ad_network_ads_405.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

The "Play By Post" forum would be the better place to post this. I've got a pretty much full plate going right now, but when I finish one or two games, I'd be glad to play. May take a while though, so I wish you luck finding someone else to take you up on your challenge in the meantime.
