any other ultimate x men fans

Yeah, its great. My favorite issue would be the intro of Night Crawler(can't rember the number, I think its 7). Its probly the best of the ultimate line in the field of reninvisoning a classic.

Ultimate X-Men is hands down my favorite title on shelves today.

In my opinion, the best issue is #31 where the crew beats down on Magneto.

I have to say that my favorite character in Ultimate X-Men is Magneto, but I think they are all great.

I was out of comics till the Ultimate Xmen. I like the reality in which the book presents its stories. There is less fantasy and more real analysis of how mutants and society would co-exist. To me, that brings a real intrest to the book that time travel and ressurections just don't have. Although I am sure that will happen sooner or later.

My favorite character remake is Wolverine and the Professor. They both have the true grit they deserve in this book. I forgot the issue but Wolverine killing an out of control mutant on Xavier's order is the best example of the grit and reality in the these characters. I also like how Logan is not a mindless killing machine but a cold and calculating opponent.

One of my favorite moments in Ultimate X-men is when professor X is sitting on the bench with Betsy Braddock and prof says he really knows that it is David his son and not Betsy. Then to end the scene David says, "You know after I finish this bag of skittles i'm going to kill you." I just like how the two of them sat there nonchalant when a big battle was about to happen.

X-men got me into comics.

The idea of having my own series, can talk about issues I like.

Also I like the stories, not to happy about the next story arc. But its cool to have something that I can talk about with people at the comic shop.

I love all the Ultimate U titles.

But since I am a Claremont fanboy Ultimate X-Men is my favorite title of the Ultimate line.

My favorite issue would have to be #1.

I was doubtful about collecting the Ultimate titles. I picked Ultimate X-Men off the shelf in my local comic shop and decided to buy it. I figured: if I didn't like it I could sell it on Ebay.

When I got home I read it. When I got to the panel with the Sentinel stepping intentionally on the boy and his dog I was hooked. Not because I am sadistic (:rolleyes: ), but because of what this represented:

This is a comic that was going to be pulling out all the stops and was going to be different than the regular continuity Marvel U.

My fav character is Cyclops, Logan is my 2nd fav.
I don't have a fav issues though, they're all cool.
