400 point Hal team - Please offer suggestions!

So my friends and I usually play 400 mixed universe and with the release of Unleashed, I have a large number of pieces to augment my force. Err umm not sure what to say here so here's my team! Help a buddy out ;)

E Hawkgirl 39 pt
V Corsair 33 pt
V DEO Agent 21 pt
R Con Artist 11pt
E Paramedic 10 pt

I personally don't think much of Corsair and I think your team would benefit from E Black Cat.

Hmm thanks Clixer ^_^ I was trying to find something to do with those points! I forgot to mention there's a V SHIELD Sniper (18 pt) in that mob... XD
