What did everyone think of this book? I liked it quite a bit, it was quite a geeky HeroClixy type moment when he "Hit him with the mailbox!" Beyond that, I love the art, looks like the same team from the Spider-Man/Black Cat mini. Of course, we start of with a pretty decent looking mystery right off of the bat. Any thoughts?

I'm very hesitant to keep reading it. I didn't think Millar captured Parker or his supporting cast very well. I mean, they keep referring to Norman Osbourne like he was just some clown in a mask, when he was the guy who kidnapped Peter and MJ's child! Most of it was pretty corny, the dialogue left something to be desired, and the plot sounds too much like a cheap mans Hush (it was even called Spider-Man: Shush around the Marvel offices). Sorry Millar, but I think I'll just stick to Amazing and Ultimate Spider-Man from now on (2 of the best books out there btw). I may keep reading it for a little bit to see if it picks up, but I don't have high hopes for it.

I wasn't to happy with the first issue. I may try the second one. I did enjoy the HC/mailbox moment!
