You must set the ad_network_ads_405.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I have noticed certain figures with new comics in them, and I have been wondering if they have been re-issuing them. I have bought an extra Cap, Iron Man, Human Torch, Wolverine, Elektra and Punisher because they all had new comics. Are they re-issuing them or what?

Not really there using the posters they put in figures from other Countrys (too lazy to translate the comics) also they've also started reissueing older chase figures and using them as the chase figures in new sets.

So are they any different value wise or rarity? Because, up until this point you are the only other person that knows what I am talking about.

Not really, a little less rare because the other figures were released a year ago. But there good if you want to have a figure to collect and one to play with. Also in the later series they'll start making variants. Such as Regular Cable and Liefield Cable, Phoenix and Dark Phoenix, Black Widow I and Black Widow II (like the Marvel Select figure), and Vision and White Vision. And if you have any more questions go ahead and shoot.:)
