With so many versions of Wolverine and Spiderman, I have to pick Captain America by default. He is the best improvement.

Captain America is a fantastic step up from Infinity Challenge. I would have liked willpower instead of combat reflexes, or instead of ESD, but he's still very awesome, and looks like he'll live up to the Cap moniker.
