After a bit of a delay we get back into the battles. For this match I give you:

Dr Von Klempt-During World War 2 Dr.Von klempt was a high ranking member of the Nazi party and was resposible for discovering Rasputin's 3 disciples and giving them their start. Herman was not chosen by Rasputin however, and so was not granted immortality. Herman's body was eventually destroyed, but he preserved his head and had a robot body fashioned for it. Herman appears to be a large bald man with a swashtica tattooed on his forehead, his eyes are pupilless and aquamarine however. His robot body is superhumanly strong and tough (as one would expect from a robot) and can administer powerful electrical shocks at close range. Should the body become too damaged to fight then Herman can relese his head (kept inside the chest, the one on the robot is a fake) which can fly around and fire laser beams capable of demolishing stone. Herman was a high ranking Nazi scientist, and controls a network of minions the full extent of which is unknown, he has been "killed" and then resurfaced several times and is a skilled tactician.

I vote for Herman

Ripclaw will have his work cut out for him tearing up Von Klempt's robot body. On the other hand he has no real defense from being fried by the doctor's electrical shocks. Even if he does manage to significantly damage the body he can't do anything to the head once it starts flying around and shooting at him.

I'm gonna say Ripclaw will win the fight, because he'll get in the first shot, which would be quite a shot. His claws can grow rather large and could rip a huge hole in the robot. (By the way, Ripclaw's main enemies are cyborgs and robots so he knows how to take apart one real quick.) The urban enviroment will allow Robert Bearclaw to insure himself the victory. It won't be real quick, but he will win it in the end.

I think it is worth noting that Dr.Von Klempt doesn't look at all like a robot, so unless Ripclaw has some way to discern that he is then any ambush he mounts will probably be using an attack that would kill a man instead of a machine. for example were Ripclaw to jump out of the shadows and decapitate Von Klempt it would only cause the doctor to release his flying head.

Ripclaw is a cybernetically enhanced native american mutant. He has very keen senses and knows how to track someone without being seen. Von Klempt may let his head fly around shooting laser like Kang off Ninja Turtles, but the urban enviroment gives a very agile Ripclaw lots of places to hide for cover and ways to get at the flying.

But the head will never be released, if I had to pick where Ripclaw would hit Von Klempt it would be the chest. That head inside there is toast before this match really got started. And I have a stack of Cyberforce comics (the team Ripclaw is a member off) the show numerous times RIpclaw dives claw first straight into someone's chest.

ripclaw has vastly enchanced senses. He would be able to smell the machinery/false life nature of his foe. Perhaps hear the machine at work, etc.
