Trailer for Catwoman

I have seen the new trailer for Catwoman. Let me just say this
WTF????
It doesnt explain anything about the movie at all!!
I learned more about WW2 from a chess playing monkey then any information I got from this trailer.
I dont know, maybe I missed something when I was making fun of the movie for the audiences enjoyement:ermm:

i just downloaded it, and it wasnt so much a trailer as a teaser. It still looks good if its looked on as an elseworld tale, and supposedly there are some references to Selena Kyle. I'm gonna give it a try, it looks good anyway.

This seems to be the only way the movie's going to make money. The movie looks like carp, and I really hope it bombs to take down Halle Berry's enormous ego.

My fear is that the best parts of the movie were in that trailer. Considering that movie is fast approaching they need a trailer not a teaser. I just don't see it doing well. I had just seen the trailer yesterday when my wife and I had seen Troy (which rocked by the way) and the crowd was absolutely silent after that trailer. However, Spidey 2 got the crowd going as did "12" (the new eleven). heh heh

That's a brilliant idea! I think Warner Brothers and DC could actually save this steaming pile if they would put the Elseworlds logo on the movie poster someplace and in the opening credits. They could use the pretense of "what if Catwoman owned Gotham and was a metahuman?"

They've already started the spin wagon on this one. "Well, its not Selina's Catwoman. In fact, there have been a number of Catwomen, just look at the Batman TV show."

WTF?!?!?!?! Just because they had 3 different actresses play a part doesn't make her 3 different people! GAH!!

I hope it does ok, in the sense DC/Warner Bros. don't loose their shirt on it, or else get gun-shy about making other films. Personally, I have a feeling Warner Bros. did this just to get any Catwoman movie out, as to deal with movie rights and whatnot.

I've got good hopes for both Batman Begins and Hellblazer. Now, if they could make a Superman, Wonder Woman, Captain Marvel, and a few "B" level heroes (namely a Demon/Etrigan movie) I'd be set.

I just downloaded it and WOW!!! It was terrible. I know the costume shows a lot of skin and boy do I love Halle Berry but its just a little too much. It is a stupid costume and the trailer doesn't show anything. I hope they trained her a lot on fighting, because I remember her in the james bond movie and she was horrible in her fight scenes. Action isn't her thing. Oh well there goes another Bad DC movie. Only Batman Begins can save them now and I hope Hellblazer is good too.

Halle Berry = death to almost any comic character. This is going to sound mean but I hope the movie flops because her ego could use being knocked down a bit. Yes, she is a beautiful woman but the movie looks like it is all fluff and no substance. No thanks, I will pass on that one.

I'm a big fan of Hellblazer and I can say that I am so not looking forward to the movie. Last I heard (which was some time ago) is that Keanu Reeves was playing John Constantine.

I mean, how wrong is that? If he even tries to do an English accent, I'm going to set the Envoy Flying Monkeys on him.

I can only see this movie being Bad.

But, I'm having an open mind about it: I have to as I'm going to go and see it anyway :P

Keanu is playing Constantine, but that may not be a bad thing, as he's a fan of the character. He might not fit perfectly looks wise, but when someone who knows a character, he'll try his best to do it like the comics. Brandon Lee was a fan of the Crow, and he did a remarkable job with the Crow. Ben Affleck did his best with the script given for Daredevil. So, we'll see what happens.

Its not even called Hellblazer!!! Its called "Constantine!" And Keanu Reeves refsed to dye his hair blonde for the movie!!! I hate it when actors are to "big" for movies to follow continuity!

Well, hair color isn't really as important to continuity as plot and story is. Tomas Jane looked like the Punisher, and well, we all know how they BLANKED that one up.

I gotta admit, Constantine looks pretty bad. Warner Bros. just continually drops the ball on the super hero movies. Remember back when Beyonce was rumored to play Lois Lane? While Marvel keeps getting the quality and high grossing flicks, Warner Bros. just keeps digging themselves deeper into their grave. So sad, since this means we'll never see a decent GL, Flash, Wonder Woman, Captain Marvel, or any good DC movie as long as their owned by WB.

Punisher rocked. It was the comic book, dead on. What I didn't like about the movie was one of the things I don't like about the book. If it was still out I'd see it again.

Hellblazer is nothing I know about and Halle Berry suks.
