You must set the ad_network_ads_405.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Does anybody have a link to any working dial creators. I don't mean Draddog or Tallis's respectively; I mean an actual Dial I can plop into a rookie thug or something. I've scoped Creation Matrix to no avail.
