Artifact Tokens on my site

Hey guys!

I got my Artifacts up. I used some of your guys description (rules) for the Artifacts, Since they were well done. I will be adding the rules on how to play these tokens soon. ie. how to place them. how you pick them for the game an so forth. so look for that in the near future. Let me know what you think. Your welcome to copy them and print them for your own use. I also going to make a back cover of the Artifact tokens so you there is 2 sides just like heroclix tokens. Ill see if I can get that up tonight. Well enjoy!

If you have an idea for an item plz let me know and what type of benefits come with it. If I can find a picture then I will make it up if it makes sense.

If you click on traps it will go nowhere. In the future I will add that in.. Just easier to have there so I dont have to do it later.

Thanx. Next I have to have rules for the tokens, so ill be working on that next. But i have these token in the works. juggernauts Helmet, Magnetos Helmet, and a couple other in my head. The first 2 are done just need to make a description for what powers they will give. I have an idea. Just got to get them down. Ill keep you updated.

Ive added a section for the rules. If you see something wrong, dont like a rule, or have a rule idea, plz post it here and we can discuss it.

I also added Juggernaut's Helmet to the Artifacts list. so check that out as well. Enjoy!

I was thiniking of some others you could use. If someone else thought of them first I am sorry.
Dr Fate's helmet of Nabu and Amulet - Gives character probablilty Control. If Fate gets it then he gets double.
All the gems - ie soul, power etc.
Spidermans webblasters - Gves character incapacitate. If spiderman gets it, i do not know.
Spider armor - Gives character toughness and leap climp. If Spiderman gets it, he gains Imper and adds 1 damaga.
Mother Box - Gives charatrer phasing
I'll try to think of more later.

Dont be sorry. its cool. rather you say something an have the idea out there, then not. Even if its a double.

looks awesome Wolverine. I was doing the same thing about a month ago, cutting the pog sized pieces out of idex cards, hand drawing the image, and writing the descriptions on the lines on the back. I was making my weapon objects much more powerful and giving them actual costs for including into the game too, though.

The mother box is what the New Gods use in the DC universe. It allows them to make "boom tubes" A means of teleporting from one area in the universe to another. It has been used on the Justice League cartoon a few times.

actually, the only item I really made was Caps shield. everything else was just conceptualized. not a lot of people seemed interested in what I was doing and I was building off another guy's idea, so I just dropped it.

basically it was:
20 points
Defense +1
Defend power added.
Captain AMerica Only:
Incapacitate power added
3 lightning bolts, 8 range

thanx for the quick reply. i dont know much about the New Gods. so something like that maybe in the future when I can learn more about it and then have to find a pic.

IC, its for only one character to use. Sounds very similar to this. But without point cost. The idea to do Artifacts came from Thugit, webhead817, boneyard, esfoad & everyone who contributed to this idea. Im just trying to help with the idea. Maybe you should carry on with the idea. when you have more items your friends might start to like it!

you misunderstand... everyone who picks it up gets a + 1 to defense and the Defend Power. Cap just gets a great bonus in adition to that because it is his weapon.

Then try getting them into the process of making them so they feel like they contributed to it and feel their ideas helped. If not then I guess your stuck without using them. You could always copy and print mine out and see if they like it now? So it save you some time if you dont feel like making them.

Thanx. The reason I didnt give hypersonic speed for Silver surfers board, I dont beleive he deserves it. He uses his board to travel really fast, but he doesnt go at that speed to attack. Thats the reason why. I have seen alot of threads why he should and should. Just how I feel about it. Thanx for the question an enjoy the Artifacts

Thanks, W187! High praise indeed from the "godfather of artifacts"!

It was the work by YOU and others on artifacts and scenarios and such that inspired me to create the battlecards, so consider yourself, um, their uncle, I guess.
