The Losing Streak of a Big Old Loser-Face

Holy Canoli!

I have been on a Clix losing streak that is inexplicable!

I mean, I just can't win!

I can't roll dice to save my life lately! If I need a 4, I roll a 3... when Extraordinary Day is in play.

It has gotten really bad. I'm still trying to utilize pieces that I haven't used before, and it seems that pieces that are great on paper are dooming my teams game after game. I don't even want to tell you how poorly I fielded the new Ultron. It was a nightmare.

This week I'm going back to SOME familiar territory. We're playing a 500 Point Unrestricted team with automatic theme team bonuses. The team is called S.W.A.R.M. and the 5-figure team characters must each have a correlating keyword: Spy, Warrior, Armor, Robot, and Martial Artist.

I had a gameplan that kind of went sour in the building process: TA the heck out of Starter Doom! But again, the plan went sour. I'm hoping to benefit in other ways:

Spy: Iron Widow (this is a piece that I've used many times and absolutely love)
Warrior: Shatterstar (never used him, but I'm hoping that he is a nuisance)
Armor: Doctor Doom + Protected & ICWO (Used him once and he was awesome. I hope I can score with him again. This time copying Ultimates, X-Men, and Hydra.)
Robot: M-11 + ICWO (Haven't used him yet, but have had my arse handed to me many times while facing him)
Martial Artist: Hand Ninja (I haven't used them yet. I'm actually hoping that his TA will help out my two shooters Widow and Doom)

Lately each team I build is one backfire after another. I'm sure this one won't be any different. This is getting me excited for TB&TB. Now NOBODY will be familiar with their pieces!!!!

Oh gosh. I feel the loss coming on already.
