Dial Makers: Spider-Man

I've been trying to find a good, and fairly up to date dial maker for my customs. Sometimes, i think I can do wizkids' job better than them. How hard is it to make a fairly comic accurate character? So here's a Spider-Man I had in mind:
Cost= Around 120pts or less. I think he'd actually end up around 90pts.
Range= 6
Targets= 1
Standard Speed, Attack, and Damage symbols.
Indomitable
Trait= WoS Trait: Can use Super Senses. Succeeds at Super Senses on a roll of 4, 5, or 6.
This figure only has 6 clicks of life.
Powers:
His speed is always a 9, for all six clicks.
The first three have CA Batroc's Speed Special Ability, which for Spider-Man is called Web Swing. His last three just have Leap/Climb.
His attack is as follows in this order: 11, 10, 10, 9, 9, 8.
The first three clicks have Super Strength, the last three have Incap.
His defense is as follows in this order: 18, 17, 17, 16, 16, 15.
He only has Toughness on the first click.
His damage is as follows in this order: 3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2.
His first three clicks have the Distracting Banter power from Hulk set Spider-Man.
Does this NOT sound like a comic accurate Spider-Man?

I would love to see cheap Zombies.30pts or so .1 clix of charge.willpower/toughness.2or 3 cixs deep.Free movement.blades ,claws,fangs.
