Long ago, you could buy a case of HeroClix and bee 99% sure you could pull a full set. Long, long ago.

I'm okay with the current rarity scheme for the "regular" or "main" 5-figure booster expansion releases. You can't get a full set, but it's been good to get 95% CUR set out of two bricks, plus a handful of Super-Rares, and one or two "Chase SR's".
