Overall Rankings

Suicide Squad should have 268 VPs, not 269. Does not affect Ranking.
X-Men (Outback) should have 403 VPs and 452 Ranking.

Should all games in the 3rd year of each cycle be played at the 400 point level?
Should the 3rd year of each cycle have unlimited upgrades per team (maintaining the 1 upgrade-per fig-per game rule)?
Should we incorporate theme team bonuses into the league?
If so, the BFC nerfing?
How about the PC rolls?
Should we incorporate custom dials into the league?
Should we allow 2 figs per team to use the team feat, subject to the usual feat restrictions?
Change how map selection works,
