Thor almost 1-shots him. What are you talking about?

Blast! The closest comic book store to me is well over and hour away and I'm working as well. Do you guys think this piece will be "worth" anything...or should it be fairly easy to find on the secondary market?
your welcome and I would agree except for the Stealth busting ability when you have a friend who LOVES bat-heavy teams (and with the crap ton of bat figures comeing out) that team ability will be worth its weight in gold, or dead batmen.
Over-abuse of things like stealth at tournies is one of the reasons I'm reserved to home play & haven't been to a comic book store in over a year.
I never made it in. My car ran a couple hundred & I just felt like getting an NBA Jam "tourney" started at my brothers house rather than running out to my venue.

Thor does one-shot him, even without an object. And he only needs a 6 to do it. Barring Shape change and any Mastermind fodder. I think the other poster was just talking about raw numbers. But this Thor will do very nicely for no specials, and just raw damage. I like the TA, also.
For the love of his sister, he made the ultimate sacrifice. All mutants owe him their lives.
So, uh. Any reason this Thor says, "Before taking damage, roll a d6. On a result of 5-6, take 0 damage. Otherwise, damage taken is reduced by 2."
When the "old" (current) wording is "When this character is dealt damage, you may roll one six-sided die; on a result of 5 or 6, the damage dealt is reduced to 0; on a result of 1-4, the damage dealt is reduced by 2."
Does this mean a successful Impervious now ignores penetrating damage, since it doesn't reduce on a 5-6?
I realize its probably just terrible wording on their part, but.

I believe, as with other FCBD figures with cards, this is supposed to be a simplified version of the power intended to make it easy for non-clix players to try it out and duel with their Thors.
It is still regular Impervious. In an actual, full game, you'd have to explain the difference to the new player.
Dont worry about it, theres like 80 people that show up to the shop we go to just for the peice every year. Just buy a random book while your there and the shop owner should be happy.
The shops near me insist on you purchasing, they will not give a figure to someone - even though they are supposed to be 'Free' - without your making a purchase.
