Finally a decent superman scuplt. I'll just replace the dial with the 300 pt superman dial.

Agreed. I loathe the Blue Boyscout, but I do like his costume redesign.

And the dial really feels like Superman. Not Cracktastc AS Superman.

Yup! This Superman will see ALOT of play on my end! The new 52 will be a MUST OWN Set for me.

I can't evaluate this dial honestly because I hate the New 52 so much. The site of that stupid armored costume makes me so mad I just want to take a hammer to this piece and smash him to bits. But I am such a clix addict I will have to have him anyway...

I really don't understand the hate for this dial and sculpt.

The costume is not THAT different from regular Superman...and it looks as good as a costume with a giant S shield can look.

The dial is one of the BEST Superman dials I have seen. He feels like Superman. The special defense dial is awesome...and is a tricky way of throwing a tie-up piece out in the open and then move your heavy hitter in there as a surprise attack. It also seems very comic accurate.

The defensive powers are spot on, the attack value and defensive values are good...and the point cost is decent. I really like this dial. However, I do wish instead of Close combat Expert, they would have just given him 5s end of the dial to really show him not holding back.

The "Streets of Gotham" previewed sculpts and info indicate otherwise.

Oh, I'm sure that we'll see characters that haven't appeared in NuDC yet in old looks. And if they made a new look for someone already, we'll see some older styles. But I'm expecting most pieces to be nuDC whenever possible. DC's already been pushing those designs to every other form of merchandise.

Amazing! I mean it doesn't blow my mind, but this is a very well-balanced and playable Superman.
