My Venue's next IG is coming up and I really want to win that Runner ( or at least get 2 or 3rd place so I can have an Adam Warlock finally!) My venue Specified that at least 400pts must come from Incredible Hulk sets and/or Galactic Guardians Sets. No feats or BFC. 4 actions (plus Leadership) per turn. This is my Team I'm not sure who to give the Gauntlet to, Magus or Hulk? Let me know what you think, is it competitive? Will it blend? I also had 18 points left over and I fit Typhoid Mary on there for mastermind fodder (lol), perhaps a nurse and mugger are better instead? Any suggestions are Welcome! Thank you!

If you Reeeeeeeally want to Win I would suggest playing Glactus at 600 pts with Two Aim Agents, two Astral Stranges and Superman @ 150 as your Herald I desperately want the Runner as Well and I've contemplated a Galactus use or Ziran use since last week I found out just how deadly Zirans Testing is.

Believe me, I'd Run galactus or Ziran if I had them!

Are you a fan of close combat or ranged combat? I'd assume the close because of AVM hulk (Although I think I'd have to run him at least once myself(: ) and if that's the case be warned most people are going to target hulk since he's a good chunk of your points. Now that that has been said I would recommend putting the gauntlet on Magus so it'll force you're opponent to choose be hit by hulk or let the gauntlet turn. Also map choice may kill this team pretty quickly...

I'll run 350 thanos, 250 Dormy, and some support, maybe a mindless one, some vampire lackeys, etc...

My venue is contemplating using a modified form of that - Colossals are okay but you have to use them at their lowest point value. I'm contemplating a 300pt Ziran with gauntlet, 300 pt Galactus, and 75pt GF Dr. Strange to give both ESD. Should be fun.

Im more of a ranged guy, but I like to mix it up so Im not stuck on 1 tactic. Outwit is going to be this hulk's downfall Im afraid. I just hope that 19 def holds up! his 10 charge, (13 with perplex) is deadly and with giant reach, even more. Map choice would screw me over though. I'd need that hindering terrain for magus. should I keep typhoid mary or switch her out with a nurse and a mugger?

LOL, now I feel bad. Honestly, it's a sick team idea but I doubt I'll do it. Just feels too dirty. If it helps, I'm the judge and I'm only playing the bye rounds for fun (other player gets an auto win) so a little less dirty maybe.

I'm actually playing the same format on the 22nd other than its restricted to Modern age and have given up hope. I don't see how 600 Galactus falls to anything other than another colossal. So I'm going another way and just themeing it up, this is my idea so far.

The ATA is definitely worth it, so I would do it.
