That MotU He-Man wait will kill me, but it'll be worth it.

Also, just watched Sanjuro and really liked it. The Wife liked it as well, which was a big shock to me. I'd say I liked it better than Yojimbo. Still enjoyed both films immensely. Can anybody recommend some other samurai themed movies? Outside of the Akira Kurosawa bubble that may go unnoticed by a novice.

Cant think of any samurai movies but Ip man is a really good kungfu movie.

Sword of the Stranger is a good anime samurai movie.

Some odd ducks:

13 Assassins is a solid samurai flick from Takashi Miike.

Saiyuki Western Django is a spaghetti western made in Japan with nothing but Japanese actors doing American accents and Quentin Tarentino.

Thing is the genre is pretty much just Kurosawa.

Ip Man 1 and 2 are spectacular for Kung Fu films. Other martial arts films I consider must see that the average viewer hasn't would be District B-13 (for French Parkour) and The Protector (for Muay Thai)
