Anyone else notice the Maria Hill AVM sculpt looks alot like the Catwoman sneak preview?

I wouldn't bother looking for sculpt reuse from DC to Marvel and vice versa. I can only imagine that the comic companies would not be happy about sharing.

Considering all the rumors about what DC DOES care about, I'd imagine finding out that their Catwoman was a new head on a Maria Hill would get them pretty upset. They probably wouldn't know until it was out and someone told them, but I'm sure it would get a response out of them.
