Lots of misinformation in this thread. First off a Mac version does not even exist so it would be rather hard to support it. Second, there are glitches (particularly one involving tournaments has been prevalent lately) but they don't really affect the league play much because those are user created. I've had a lot more problems playing in official sealed tournaments than I have playing in the League 1 games. Third, EVERY time I've had an issue regarding playing in a tournament, I've contacted the HCO support email and received a response within 24-48 hours with a ticket number and who to contact in game to get my ClixBux back. I have yet to have a tournament not load and not be reimbursed for it and it's happened probably 4-5 times now. Finally, the cost is not the same as physical figures anymore. They drastically lowered the prices and that was one reason why I took another look. Basically now you have single figure boosters that are priced at 19 ClixBux (20 ClixBux = $1). Not to mention many of the physical products have started coming with codes to redeem in game (Superman, Hulk, Galactic Guardians FF, Avengers Movie Starter and Gravity Feed). The game is definitely still rough around the edges and the interface can take a little getting used to but it's much better than it used to be and I had a lot of fun playing in the first HC Realms League.

I think it's worth another look for everyone as there are more figures; the prices are lower and the game is more stable.

Not sure what trolling is I guess. If posting negative views on something I had personal experience in, then I guess I am. As for the appropriate section or not, I feel that people that are looking to have a fun experience in an online game should be aware of negative possibilities. Dear Icarus, would only reflect to Icarus the poor experience that was attained in trying to play in a sealed tournament.

As for requesting a refund for a tournament that I was not able to participate in, not the league mind you, but a tournament where you are playing for prizes. The only thing I obtained was two boosters, because the game was bugged from round 1 and was not able to play. So I feel I have an honest gripe with Icarus for not refunding the clix bucks so as to participate in another sealed. Which when they do, they take back the boosters, which I am ok with. What I am not ok with, is paying to play and not being able to do so.

And troll father that you are, troll on. I just want people to know what their options are, if they have been wronged by Icarus. I would like to note that I had not requested a refund of all the money I had spent, just on the tournaments that had glitches. Which when I was given the refund on, Icarus canceled my account with all the other items I had spent money on.

Anyways I do hope that the people that play have a good experience and that in some way my "trolling" has made Icarus reflect on providing a better customer support for future and current customers.

I am going to try and stay positive about this. I will however tell you my experience. I have an active account and bought two BRICKS of Hammer of Thor to support the idea because matches in the bay area are hard to come by. I got three SR's. Naturally I was a little upset since in beta I was paying basically the actual figure cost for these boosters. I sent in a bug report and was told basically, "tough luck". I am going to try the league simply because I have so much invested, but I have had several tournaments go bad and no support was offered. Cloud/Desert screen of death as it is known amongst HCO players. To stay positive I will say the game has improved as far as matches go, once I set my graphics to match monitor I have not had a failed tournament start or a match fail to load. Be warned though if something does happen, you will not get any support.

Can someone please help me? I started this game after the 1st tourament already began. I'm not the best clix player by far, but would love to give this a try. I just don't know how to go about joining. Can someone tell me how?

The perfect place to put it, as new players will come here if they are joining just because of the league. You have a right to say what you want, I have a right to express my views here as well. I have a grievance with Icarus, I plan to express it, I will also express it again when league 3 comes around, acknowledging the fact that I don't know if things have improved since they deemed that it was ok to cancel my account. Doesn't matter at this point, but got a full refund from paypal because of how they just canceled my account. Would have loved to have played in the top 16, but was not an option at that point.
