I've just discovered Harbor Freight has huge storage boxes and smaller ones for bringing clix to games as well.

My wife came up with the best idea ever. I had plenty of compartment boxes but have benn buying since Infinity challenge, the compartments were starting to take up too much room. She came home with 2-3 pound hefty zip lock bags. I now place my clix in the bags by set. Then I place them in a big foot locker/chest. Now they are all tucked away in the box and are no longer swarming my spare room.

Or because anything/everything said here should be said there since it's stickied and eternal.

I find tactical boxes work well... Cost about 6 bucks at Walmart and can hold a complete set... Star Trek was the only set I couldn't use these on...

I get the clear fishing tackle boxes. Flat ones for about $3.99-$5.99, depending. They stack well, don't take up a ton of space and each one fits a standard modern set pretty well. I stack them on the shelf with set name written on side in black permanent marker. Works great. Just get the right size...Bigger, but not the double thick ones.
