I went to Dexcon in '08, by far one of the worst times in any sort of gaming adventure. I went for Star Wars minis, and other games, but with the way EVERYTHING appeared to run there--it was worse than the Gencon horror stories of last summer.
I may go, if only to get LEs, but I certainly hope it's improved.
What was your experience with games being run?
I've completed collecting the IC, CT, XP, CM, Ult, MM, FF, AW, Sin, SN, AVE, M&M, SI, HoT, WoS, GSX, CA, IH, GG, AVM, CW, M10th, ASM & IM3 sets.
Looking to get PR Professor X (W/X-Men) and pre-release IC Wolverine.
I am Chris Bernhardt, the guy running the 3-D terrain map battle royal event "Crisis Wars" on Sunday at DexCon 15. I can most definitely confirm that WizKids is going to be there, and lots of special stuff is planned to happen. I also posted this thread:
In the General Heroclix section, but they moved it to this section; Tournament/Event Announcements, where it belongs. I have been a regular attendee and gamemaster at all the Double Exposure convention events for years, however, so if you want to ask something, I would be happy to oblige.
[I deal directly with the owner of DexCon, so this is not here-say or rumor, but fact.]
