This is one of the best support pieces I have seen come along in awhile. Ability to share ESD to every ally is amazing and I foresee him being played on many world championship teams. Sculpt is meh but dial, play ability and accuracy are high.

Great rookie Dr. Strange. Certainly one of the best gravity feed pieces, if not in the top 10 of the Galactic Guardians set.

I'm going to guess that this is supposed to represent Dr. Strange BEFORE he joined the Illuminati, as he is shown to be just a Rookie, after all.

Almost not fair to play with colossals. Stick him behind them and give them a permanent +3 defense from range. Access to the Marvel Knights ATA is great too. Great TA's, support powers, keywords and moderate point cost. The best piece of GG GF imo.

No more Dr Stranges, please. This one and the other GG one and the SI one all make a great trio of options to last us all the way to Heroclix's impossible twilight.

What's that? Herald of Galactus? Give him Enhancement to boost Galactus' Defense by 2, damage by 1, and a Perplex to bump something else? Holy cheese balls! And he hide behind Big G too... Oh my, this Strange is obscene!

i haven't played with everything from this set yet, but so far i have to say he has impressed me the most. just a ridiculous support piece. it's too bad he doesn't have Illuminati or Avengers keyword though.

Amazing. Put him behind your team, they all get +2, and then someone else on your team gets +1 to X. Great return on points. One of the best GG figs. Tier 1.

I love this piece! I have become addicted to him. I can’t play a game without him. He is too good a support piece. I also love that he is a good secondary or third choice attacker. Just can’t say enough about him. All for 75 pts……..yes please!

I'm a little biased since he's my favorite Marvel character, but this is easily my favorite piece in Modern. Just a sick support piece who still manages to surprise a lot of my opponents who tend to ignore him in favor of my bricks and snipers. The common wisdom seems to be to hit him off of Shields of the Seraphim and forget him, but then he gets Prob Control and, if he has to attack, has Psychic Blast... or he becomes a flying nurse. And he's cheap enough to include in most of my 300/400 point "New" Avengers teams without breaking theme. Also, considering the power loss Strange has suffered in recent years in the comics, this "rookie" is actually more accurate to his current power levels than SI or the GG rare (and I don't feel cheesy using him like I did with SI Strange). All he's missing is Martial Artist keyword and his new black/red costume...

Is there any way to give him the Avengers keyword? I would love to let Ant Man turn him tiny!

I love his dial. Too bad he does not have Avengers and Illuminati keywords. I don't want the pricey 196pt. version. I love characters with good dial + below 100 point costs.
