Thats a tough one
1) Character BARELY Gets number 1
2) Dial because having the wrong powers on a character is important.
3) Sculpt is the last thing.

I'm in it for the sculpt. There are plenty of strategy card games if that's your gig. I like having a nice sculpt of some of my favorite characters. I don't even play anymore. Characters is second and dials don't even matter.
