I'd dump Cap, Iron Man, and Thor and replace them with literally any three unmade characters.

Yep. Perfect opportunity to re-use Blob.

People keep saying to dump Speed, but he's actually a long awaited character. He's the only character of the Young Avengers that hadn't been clixed, so he's the final piece to that set that was released in 2007 with the first Avengers set, composed of Stature, Wiccan, Hulkling, Patriot, and Iron Lad. They later added the new female Hawkeye in Secret Invasion, and now, 5 full sets and 4 years later, we get the final, missing Young Avenger.
So Speed has been a needed piece for much longer than Big Bertha or Flat-Man, and the Young Avengers clix fans have finally been rewarded. And who knows, it could take that long to see Bertha and Flat-Man.

You have an Avengers logo but don't know who Speed, Space Phantom or the Lava Men are?

In the least, pick up Avengers Forever for the Space Phantoms and the first year of Young Avengers for Speed. Some top notch Avengers stories there.

DUMP:
1) Masque duplicate
2) The Unspoken - This figure has appeared in exactly one (recent) storyline, and by no means is he a classic villain. Cool dial, but inessential character.
3) Loki - I know we've gotten a lot of dupes lately (countless Captain America's, Iron Man's, and Thor's), but yet another Loki is the one that bothers me the most. I know he was the first Avengers villain, but we've gotten SO MANY of him! And the "Big 3" belong in this set, there's no way to dump them, even if I think its overkill.

PUMP:
1) The Hood (with Norn Stones) - I had heard an early rumor that he was a lock for this set. It would've been perfect to include him, esp since he was Masque's boyfriend.
2) Hellstorm/Son of Satan - Looooooooooooong overdue.
3) Sersi - A classic Avenger, AND a god.

I see a lot of people putting X-characters for their "Pumps", but this is not the set for them. What we really need is GSX: Part 2! And soon. The number of unmade X-characters is ridiculous.

Not to rain all over your choices, because I'm just using you as an example, but one of the things I like about these Pump It & Dump It threads are the statistics we get to look at after he compiles everyone's choices. But with vague answers like "any other Young Avenger", or "half the duos": there's no way to count those! These kinds of non-specific choices honestly make my face do this:

Spider-Man/Daredevil duo: Keeping with the chase duos to replace Witch/wonderman this would be the one duo I would love to see done and done well with high defense+ 50% super senses like common Spidey from WoS and a fancy Incap power.
