I have the deeper Plano boxes, so I got a 50 inch high shelving unit from Lowes instead. Supports even more than needed.

I use the deeper Plano boxes w/ the yellow tabs, and sadly it looks like those racks don't support this type.

I'd LOVE to use those racks.

I would like to organize my clix by "teams" or "worlds" that they are in, but as of right now I dont have enough room!

in my "main" box, the clix i play the most, i have:

X-Men + brotherhood of mutants
Spider-Man, spider-friends, spider-enemies
The Runaways, Nextwave, X-Force, fantastic four
random clix that I need to organize

I would love to do be able to separate things like Fantastic Four into Fantastic Allies, Fantastic Enemies

but then you run into lone wolves like Ghost Rider, Deadpool (who I currently have split between x-force and GLA), etc...

so it gets a little hard with my limited storage cases. I guess I really just need to buy like 2 more containers.

If you look closely at my pics, the top is set close to the ceiling. I have deep cases on top. It's the only way they will work.

Other than that, you're right. Those racks aren't designed for the deep stuff.

Man, now I want Lou Malnati's pizza.

I've also started using Sterilite modular pieces. The 3 drawer, 8.5 x 11 size one accomodates 8 rows of 6 clix with oreo bases per drawer perfectly. Taller pieces will have to be laid flat, and that will cut down on that number (Mr Sinister, Beta Ray Bill heights). Older non-oreo pieces fit well also, but you can get 10 rows of 6 clix in each drawer if you space (interlock) each row with its predecessor by placing it slightly to the left or right of the previous row. Stackable, so you can customize your storage to fit the space you have to put them in. Run less than $10 each.

Anyone know where to find a storage container, kind of like an under-bed-type, to store 2x3 maps in flat? I keep them in toploaders and was looking for a better solution to keep them contained.

What size plano box do you use with this system? I just cashed in credit card reward points for a $50 bass pro card so I need to get ready. (There's always loopholes to telling your gf that you will stop spending as much money on clix)

The ones I'm buying these days aren't even Plano anymore. They're Flambeau. They are cheaper, they don't have PLANO written right in the middle of them, and I like the dividers better.

I got the wire rack AT Bass Pro. So if you go there, pick one up (they are right by the tackle boxes and stuff in a green box that's about 1x1x2), open it up and check which ones work best for you before you buy any/all of the stuff.

The nearest one to me is 2 hours away. I'm probably going to have to order it online.

I use Games Workshop cases. Both large and small ones suit my needs. They're a bit pricey, but the foams will protect your exspensive figs from chilling, breaking, etc. I put all my character cards in a 3-ring binder and keep all my 3D objects in a bead case with all my custom dice and terrain markers. Only things that I have a hard time transporting are the gauntlet and the Star Trek ships.
WHERE IS MY POWER COSMIC DARKHAWK!?!?!?

The racks aren't easy to find online. If you click in my sig you'll find my Miniature Trading account. Messages on there go directly to my e-mail. I can give you more information without violating the advertisement laws around here.

Yeah, it sounds kinda snobby; especially given the typical clientelle at Bass Pro.
