Straight Forward: Would an Incap attack trigger Mystics with bio Electric Blasts. didn't see a Properly titled thread on this when I did a search.

I know normally Incapacitate doesn't trigger Mystics but would the penetrating damage cause Mystics to respond.

It isn't coming from an attack, so I don't think the damage would cause Wasp to take mystics.

Thought so since it's after the action resolves.

A ruling has been made for Bullseye SP when he hit the stores : he deals 1 penetrating damager after action resolve when he has resolved an attack using a light object he was holding, and THAT damage wasn't part of the original attack and thu doesn't trigger the Mystic TA (the orginal damage might). The same rule apply here and so no, Wasp won't trigger the Mystic TA with her SP.
