It's very sad the fate of Bill Mantlo. Although he still lives, we can never hope to see his work in comics again.
I want these clixed: Doc Savage, Fu Manchu, Tarzan, The Shadow, The Green Hornet & Kato, Conan, Solomon Kane, The Phantom, King Kong, Killraven, Black Orchid, Manhunter (Paul Kirk), Xemnu the Titan, unclixed Kirby Fourth World characters, and Lilith, Daughter Of Dracula.
i don't understand Why Rom should ignore Battle fury.... also he doesn't ignore super senses, he only ignores Shape Change due to his analyzer. Rom should maybe use stealth only when he is on hindering terrain, cause he always evaded people. he was suspected of being a muss murder. he shouldn't also being indomitable. he is not a robot, he is a Space Knight inside an Armor. it's like giving Robot keyword to Ironman
i think this might be a comic accurated Rom

Analyzer: Rom The Space Knight ignores Shape Change Avoiding People..Seeking Wraiths: Rom The Spaceknight can use Charge. when Rom The SpaceKnight is on a square of printed hindering terrain he can use Stealth Human or not?: Rom The Spaceknight can use Incapacitate as if he had three bolts and Energy Explosion .whenever he uses Energy Explosion targeting a single Character, damage dealt is penetrating I'll Keep Searching: Rom The Spaceknight can use Toughness and Willpower To Deceive Galactus: Rom The Spaceknight can use Outwit. when he does he can use it normally or he can use it to counter Power Cosmic TA or a Power possessed from an opposing Character with Power Cosmic TA

As one of the oldtimers around here to actually have bought Rom off the newstand, I've always been something of a fan of the character. Yes, the toy stunk...but it stunk so bad it's actually a collectible! As for Aquarius and RocketR123's dials, I think they are a little hopeful, as Rom was not really this powerful (and despite his confrontation with Galactus, he just wasn't much of an outwitter).
That said, I'm offering my vision of the character here. And with respect to all those before me, I'd like to remind everyone that Rom was a pacifist, so I've updated his powers (and their names, including his name, which should not have an article). Also, while his cybernetic armor could repair itself, it did so more along the lines of regular healing and not so much as a fast regeneration. And as for the keywords, every other cyborg in Heroclix has the "Robot" keyword, so Rom has it, too. "Soldier" is not quite accurate for him ("Spaceknight" covers his training) but the Police TA does show his ability to aid allies.
Analyzer: Rom, Spaceknight ignores other figures' Shape Change.
FOR GALADOR! (Running Shot) Neutralizer: Rom, Spaceknight may use Energy Explosion. When using this power, roll a d6 for each target hit. On a result of 3-6, put an action token on that figure and place it in its owner's starting area. YOU LEAVE ME LITTLE CHOICE (Psychic Blast) PLANDANIUM ARMOR (Invulnerability) CYBORG (Toughness) Universal Translator: Rom, Spaceknight is a Wild Card and may ignore opposing figures' Team Abilities. I AM A MAN! (Perplex)
Yes Zarg you get a point regarding Soldier Keyword. i thought about it quite a bit before giving him. regarding the Dial itself i don't see it so strong. for the same points or lower we have stronger ones, except for the special outwit i placed for the reason he cheated galactus, convincing him, while all other SpaceKnights were fighting him, to go eat the Dark Nebula where Wraiths live and Big G fell for it. i think that was smart. i also like your dial. only doubt i have is giving him PB. he never acted as if he had. Wraiths were banished to limbo..hmm dunno...not sure about it

Personally I opted for 'Ignores Shape Change' because it felt like the simplest fit for his use of the Analyzer. If the Dire Wraiths existed, this would readily be replaced by 'Ignores Shape Change of figures possessing the Dire Wraith or Skrull keyword'. As for ignoring Battle Fury... this is how I envisioned banishment to Limbo, a form of Incapacitate that would work even on targets normally immune. Again, if there were a set full of opponents for him, this would be limited by keyword. It's just one interpretation. As this thread shows, there are obviously many.
I was given rep for my screen name alone! Now I feel all warm inside

Actually, the Analyzer worked on just about anything, not just Wraiths, so just sticking to Shape Change wouldn't be too off the mark.
It may possibly be that I'm a tad bored at work. Here is a fanciful Spaceknights Fast Forces based around the mini-series released in 2000. The dials loosely follow the storyline... Liberator starts hallucinating and is benched until Axadar appears before him, Terminator loses it around the time Lightningbolt dies, and Sentry returns from disgrace as an avenging angel. Most of the rookies are inconsistent. With the Spaceknights ATA (identical to Inhumans) it comes to an even 1000 point force of broadly useful but far from insurmountable characters.
Axadar : When Liberator takes damage, stop turning the dial when this power is revealed. All friendly characters ignore Shape Change and Stealth while this power is visible.
Crown Prince: Terminator can use Leadership. When using Leadership, Terminator may remove tokens from non-adjacent friendly figures possessing the Spaceknight keyword.
First To Fall: When Lightningbolt is KO'd by an opposing character, choose up to 2 friendly characters with the Spaceknight keyword. Modify the attack value of these characters by +2 until the character which KO'd Lightningbolt is KO'd. These characters possess Battle Fury.
Feedback: If Scanner has no action tokens, friendly figures within 3 squares may use the Mystics Team Ability. Deep Reading: Scanner may use either Outwit or Probability Control once during her controller's turn.
Clever Construct: Pulsar can use Barrier. Opposing figures adjacent to blocking terrain markers placed by Pulsar must breakaway as if they were adjacent to Pulsar.
Living Flame: Firefall can use Energy Explosion. When he does, consider all characters within two squares of his target(s) to be adjacent to the target(s) and damage dealt cannot be reduced below 1.
