If you wiggled the line left, you'd be blocked by that 2. But with a right wiggle, you've got a shot from 1 to 4 with nothing between. Clear.
Wait a second I didnt think it was possible to draw line of fire at all from more than one level apart? 3 can never hit 1 much less four. I say this just because thats how its been ruled where I play but I always though it was strange.
That's an incorrect simplification of the rules. In fact, the numbers don't matter at all. You could shoot from 1 to 40 if there were no other elevations between you. Likewise, a shot from 1 to 2 would be blocked if a level 1.5 was between them (just to get ridiculous). The only reason 1 can't shoot to 3 on most maps is because there's usually some 2 between them.
I love this map. It's probably the biggest reason we don't see too many colossals at our venue. And it's probably the biggest reason everyone wasn't playing Master Mold with full gauntlet at worlds.
And if you read All Star Superman this feels very much like Bizarro world. The colors and the lack of any sort of planning for where buildings are placed and the roads that change elevation for no reason are right out of the comic. The only thing that would make it more authentic is if it de-powered Superman. But I'm glad it doesn't, this map is complicated enough.

Nope. There two elevations in question are 2 and 4. In the line between them, there is no elevation greater than 2. The line of fire is clear.
That's what I thought but your statement and the similar one seemed unclear, to me at least. Line of fire is blocked by any level higher than the lowest elevation of the lines endpoints, not including the lines endpoints.

After your comment about colossals getting nerfed on this map I was thinking about a character that I thought was Red Hulk but it's not and he had a SP where he could flatten a whole building... Or was the plastic crack affecting my mind again???
Edit: it was Spider Hulk, but when I re-read it he may not be a great help as he would have to attack every rooftop and that seems tedious and inefficent.
Giganto could wreck a building, which would be pretty cool; still, he could only do it once. How cool would it be to have Giganto as Galactus' Herald?!
I was referring to the two sides of the map that go from elevation 1 to 4 and back down again as roads that change level, even going above the level of the buildings.
