Yeah; I haven't really seen a lot of buzz; and WizKids is just now putting this information on their retailer page; so it was worth noting.

If they just put this ad out, notice how it states to pre-orders are due on August 1st, 2012. That was more then 2 months ago. They just put it out now on the internet.

I'm reallly curious as to what the dwarves of Thorin and Company will have for dials. Excluding Thorin himself the dwarves weren't really much in the combat department, or any other skills that would be of use in Clix for that matter.

A team made of them would be heavily dependent on Gandalf, Thorin and possibly Bilbo.

That being said, I want all 13 of them. Haha.

When is the actual release date? I thought it was October 17th. Pre-ordered a "brick." Vendor said it was releasing on Oct. 17.

I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't get any previews until right before the movie release. New Line has been very strict with the licensing of The Hobbit.

Hey, they fought in the Bo5A. Just because that swarthy little thief stole all the limelight in the novel doesn't mean they weren't terrifically skilled at fighting, mining, walking long distances, singing, washing dishes, holding their breath a long time...

Seriously, my prediction is that most of their dials will be plain, with the occasional sprinkling of Stealth, Toughness, Blades or Charge. Enough to make them distinct from each other. I also want them all, they'll look great on my Asgardian teams.

I'm already in for a starter & a case. Previews/set info might push me to a 2nd case WK. just sayin.

When I heard about LOTR clix I decided to get into clix. So I'm very excited about this sets just need to know how much to order together a full set! With multiple generics where applicable :D

How many figures are in this set? Based on that it will be difficult to get all 13 dwarves in it and some can get left out (and I will be completely devastated if that happens).

Something that would help the problem and be awesome at the same time is what if some of the dwarves got a single dial in duos (or maybe trios!) like "Kili & Fili" or "Bifur, Bofur & Bombur".

Also if they put a big figure in the starter (like the giant Sauron in the last one) of Smaug, it will be awesome. A long shot as it can get too big, but awesome.
