The question is not what does WK have against Booster, but rather what does DC have against Booster? They cancel his title, reboot him with a worse costume, and put him in a team book they cancel a year later.

Heh. I for one am glad that despite the fact that it's the New 52 suit, it's Modern Booster. Geoff John's Booster Gold arc is my favorite comic arc ever. I wish he would've been a little more interesting, but like my fellow Booster enthusiasts, I'll take what I can get. I just hope he looks great in person. I can take a straightforward dial as long as the sculpt looks great.

Look like you can potentially roll 4 times for an attack on that second click with Duo attack, Prob and reroll again on your attack.

Ok, I guess it's time to start some more drama.

So, not really knowing much about DC, even though I try to understand all of their universe splitting/restarting/restarting again stuff. I even had a few subs of some of their books a few years ago, but I still think most of their characters are not accessible.

Can someone explain to me why everyone loves Booster Gold so much? I tried to read up on him but I just can't understand it.

I would appreciate some clarity here.

I agree about the Flurry. I could see if for maybe 2 clicks, but 4 is a bit much. I woulda thought they woulda used Charge.

Well, I would say people seem to dig Booster because he is and always has been very funny. He started out seeking cash and fame which was kinda a new idea at the time and very interesting. When he joined the JLI the funny got bumped up a few notches too. The tale of Booster Gold and Blue Beetle is a pretty classic "best buds" story, you don't see friendship actually played out with that sort of meaning in comics too much. And in later years the character has sort of matured and grown, which is also something kinda cool you dont see all that often in the stagnant world of superhero comics. But thats just my take.

I love how official this sounds. Maybe he is desired by everyone.

Thank God he doesn't blow. In fact he is quite good from what I can see. I am so glad we are getting the JLI as well. One of the few things I am excited about in this set.

Still ticked that DC has wiped out Booster from current continuity, but then again I don't care for the Nu52 anyways.

Obviously we need a Booster Gold Set, with a definitive, 300-point Booster Gold being #001 of the set

In particular, "Formerly Known as the Justice League" and "I Still Can't Believe It's Not the Justice League" were really funny - a lot of which is due to Booster Gold. Like:

Fire (In Hell, yelling at Booster): "You wished us to Hell!!!???"

Pre-New 52, he is also loved because he is the unsung hero of DC. He acts like a clown to keep his enemies from knowing that he polices the time stream (thank you Crazy Bee for recommending his series to me).

I'd love it if this set included a new Rip Hunter and a Goldstar (aka Michelle Carter) - but that's not likely.

I'm happy for those whose favorite character is booster - this is good version.
