YEA!!!!!! Happy. Booster and Beetle are my favorite comic team and I'm super happy we're getting both this year! I can't wait to have them both team up with Luke Cage and Iron Fist for a best bros teamup!

He's ok. His trait is useless if you're like the many many players who don't or can't afford to buy super boosters for the Bug. Otherwise, he's decent, and the perplex and knockback is nice, but DC10 Blue Beetle has sharpshooter and 7 range and two targets, which I consider much better in my books.

The fact that he was already in the DC10thAnn set makes this character even more groan worthy. Nothing to complain about the dial though.

I am extremely happy with this character. His dial is great and i have a new scientist for a new scientist team (finger crossed). Even though i understand why people are moaning considering he was just realeased in 10th. Great dial.

I absolutely love Ted, and the dial is solid, however the timing seems odd. If they wanted to give the Bug a boost while he's piloting it, why not just make it a trait on the bug and use this slot for another character? Plus now I'll have to decide between which Ted to bring.

Still a character I like that was made is always cause for celebration. Perhaps a sculpt swap is in order though.

That's a good support piece... offers a bit of offensive capability too. Nice!

Love me some Ted Kord. Is anyone else annoyed that he and Dan Garrett weren't shown or at least mentioned in the re-booted origin of the scarab in BLUE BEETLE #0?

if they ever revisit amalgam (not holding my breath), I'd love to see "justice for hire:" iron beetle & luke gold

the bug will likely have 1-2 pilot abilities that apply to booster on top of this trait. i fully expect to get 200pts worth out of the combo

dude, totally behind an Amalgam set... mainly for the Hyena and Dark Claw. not against a Dr Strangefate as well.

Hm. Neither version of Ted (or the NuBooster, either) has Super Buddies keyword. I hope WK isn't abandoning it. Eventually we may get a new Mary Marvel, Captain Atom or Elongated Man I'd like to team some people up with.

Other than that, this Ted is pretty good, if not quite as overall useful as the BB from Crisis. I think he (and especially the BBII from DC10, on his useful clicks) suffer from lack of Incap, but as a pilot for the bug he's great.

With two Ted Kords released within the space of three sets, I hope this means another Booster Gold is coming soon, with pre Nu52 costume, powers and dial inspiration.
