OUTWIT. This character can use intelligence, experience and luck to cancel one super power of another character. (Optional) Once during your turn, this character may “turn off” a superpower on a target character; treat the target as if it does not have the cancelled power. That power remains cancelled until the beginning of your next turn. This character must be within 10 squares of the target and have a clear line of fire to that character. Instead of a power, you may choose to cancel a flying character’s ability to soar. The soaring character is considered to be hovering for that turn. If this character loses Outwit or is defeated, the cancelled power returns immediately. This power does not cost an action to use.
Nothing in here says you can't do it....
However, the FAQ states:

The second sentence of the Outwit power now reads, "Once during your turn, this character may 'turn off' a power on a target opposing character; treat the target as if it does not have the cancelled power."
So, no, you cannot turn off your own character's powers. =)
Battle Fury can be outwitted, but it has to be your opponent that does it. You cannot outwit anything on a friendly character because you cannot target a friendly character.

Boy 2: "But you're only 20 y/o?"
Boy 1: "Exactly, I DIDN'T go to Vietnam, so you can walk around with your long hippie hair and never get a job!"
