Which means you get to build the team around WoS Nightcrawler for 86 pts.
Points issue fixed. I was originally going to use the Fantastic Forces one, but changed it to the Clobberin' Time one instead and forgot to change the point value in the article write-up. The points add up right with the CT one. And I didn't want to use the WoS one because that would more than likely make the game a lot less fair (which was the point of using old figures in the first place anyway).

Anyhoo, glad to see that everyone likes this team! They were always one of my favorite Marvel teams, second only to the Savage Land Mutates "team", and I felt they needed as much coverage as possible. Happy to see everyone approves.

You know? So would I. Well, assuming they had ZERO activation clicks and modern dial competiveness (which I know they would). Also, I really liked ALL of the Alpha Flight figures' scuplts. That is something that probably can't be said for A LOT of other teams in 'clix.

An EXCELLENT IDEA - Take advantage of all the improvements since their previous release. Sasquatch a single-based giant, animal figures for Snowbird to AE into a la Beast Boy, split dial for Vindicator/Guardian, duo figure for Northstar+Aurora (with figs to split into) - Heck, Alpha Flight could be a theme for a Full Set Release!
The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But it's still on the list.

I don't know how an Alpha theme set would work... Maybe expand the set for a world view team.... If they could bring in Contest of Champions to for a complete set?

Thumbs up Love for the Flight
I would love to see a Contest of Champions Set or even a Secret Wars set.
X-men 120 is some of Byrnes best stuff. That and his run on FF. But fell in love instantly with this Canadian Super group. And it's about time for a new highly Competitive set of Alpha Flight figures. Argue all you want. They have never been truly competitive and need strong representations of them. In early days, putting cards on them made them better, but putting cards on anyone makes them better. Just wish I could play these guys in a modern game and have a good chance of winning. They have come and gone in comics, but they are always there over the years in their own series or in others Ex. Avengers, Chaos Wars, and now Hulk. Let's do this.

You know what really helps an Alpha Flight team? Vindicator with Inspiring Command.

Sure, she wasn't a part of the UXM #120 lineup, but I'm just throwing it out there.

Great job, F2K!

Afternoon thundershowers send me to the public library, and a chance to check up on this awesome article!

I have really enjoyed playing Alpha Flight teams over the years (especially with feats). I also would appreciate some new versions of these characters!
