Dude, in DC75, we have a 120 pt JSA Superman. In the Superman set you can play common Superman at 150 pts.

You can split this superman and superman into those supermen. No speculation.

Not entirely true. You cannot split a duo into just anybody. There will be a list released that include all possible split options for those duos that do not have it written on their card. As this list is not yet out, it is impossible to say that this duo can definitively split into those two figures.

That being said, I'd wager pretty heavily that it is a legal combo.
