Cheshire is great for the points, and so is Cinder. FOR THE POINTS being the main thing here. Tattooed man would also be great if he was in the same point range. He seems to be about an 80-90ish point dial, but he is 133..... he would get completely wrecked by almost any other 130pt. I mean let's be honest, he would get beat by most current 100pt figures. It's just kind of disapointing when dials like this that would be interesting and fun to play become irrelevant because they are printed at 50 points over what they're worth.

Villians for hire base team charcters.
Cinder: not bad for 61 points just wish they would of given her one more click of life.like her special powers she will be great against stealth people

Tattooed man: he for 133 points he should at least have a life span of 7 clicks instead of 6 clicks. His attack values are garabage they should of at least given him at least one extra 10 and no 8s . U cant hit squat with an attack of 8.

Chesire: sick piece. I am very happy about this one its about time wizkids. The last time u guys made a chesire was in the hyper time set. I am really digging her poison as a trait and it minus out defenses sick . I would put armour piering feature on her and then shoot every charcter. I like the fact she is a caluclator because I can play her as a batman enemy or anything. I hate though that u can only get her by getting a team booster. And i wish they would of given her at least 1 more click of life . 6 clicks for 97 points is iffy.on stats shes got a good balance. I really like her powers her special poison attack where she can deal 1 automatic penterating damge by action token is beastly.

Hate the point value. Why is wizkids doing this to dc heroclix?

I will play Cinder.

Love those 2 Special Powers.
Colossals should Carry, and Punch 2 squares away.
Tweak Mind Control and Smoke Cloud.
Battle Fury should allow you to throw objects.

Dat Cheshire. My favorite fig from this set so far (team set I guess?) and that is pretty hard to accomplish since I love the Titans. If she had the Secret Six keyword she would be even better to me, but as is, I will always use her. I LOVE poison and she gives plenty of it. This is a perfect representation and she is playable!

does cheshires special power of a power action and 1 penetrating damage allow her to damage mystic type figures without taking mystic feedback damage... it isn't really an attack since there is no roll... ?

I highly doubt there will be additional versions in the set, these are kinda like uber team packs from Streets of Gotham, they just come with a giant team base.

I'm not a rules expert (home player since COG events) but I'm pretty sure poisen is one of those ways to damage a mystic without taking feedback damage.

After I posted my comment, I went to the evidence thread & saw the note about only being available on the team bases. That stinks for me. Guess I'm hoping some sellers split them up on the secondary market since I want the figures but not the team base. 3x6 squares is a lot of display space for 5 figures. I don't feel like finding a spot on my shelf for that & have no interest in playing the team base either.

Tis a shame you dont want the base, it is much smaller than colossal figures, and this team in particular is very competitive for its points, far more so than the Teen Titans dial IMHO. I want all the team bases, and hopefully I will have a job set in stone while this is out so I can purchase the lot.

I'm in the same boat as you. I understand the folks who like the team bases, but it's just not my thing. I would use mine for shelf display and that's about it. But the thing is, so far I only want about half of each team and it's never all the figures with the base. I guess I'll have to approach it with a "wait and see" in terms of the secondary market, but I might also "go without" in this particular instance.

To put it in perspective, I'm one of those who isn't interested in duo figures unless maybe it's something like Pied Piper & Trickster who were hancuffed together such that they would HAVE to travel together & even then, why would they ALWAYS take damage & attack together just kind of bugs me. Individuals can group together or not without this mechanic. If it's like $25 for the figures & $30 for the whole thing, I MAY get the whole thing but I may also just skip the figures to begin with.

I'm not even a fan of split/merge unless maybe it's like the Firestorm's in the DC52 set. A team base Alloy that the Metal Men could link-up to could be neat (logistical nightmare maybe but neat) but even then you wouldn't put each sculpt on the base, you'd remove them from the board & place the Alloy on the board sort of like switching out Beastboy.

Hey, I'm glad you & others like what they're doing but in this case it's not something I care for which is fine. I just have to decide what to buy or not once I see pricing. I don't believe in buying blind so I'll almost def. get a CUR set for starters (always have for non-single booster comic sets) and take it from there.

Glad to hear the base isn't as big as I may've thought but it still doesn't appeal to me for playing purposes, MAYBE display purposes.

Also as a home player, how competative a piece is isn't my top priority. Heck, I like balanced battles since I play both sides myself. If I don't get either Starfire or Blackfire, they kind of balance out with both sides having outdatedness on them. That works just fine for me.

I'm a bit of a character completionist or I really would just pretend these don't exist for what little they appeal to me. No new characters on the Titans team base means I can def. ignore that one. Sure I could use a new Raven & Starfire but I can make do with the Icons ones as well as illuded to in the above example of balanced battles. It's much harder to field a team with missing members than it is to field on with outdated members for me but I like new hotness versions of characters that need them as well. I just "had" to upgrade Baron Mordo & Nightmare for example.
If you're having fun - you're doing it right!

I am confused by the lack of the Assassin keyword for Cheshire, even more than the lack of Secret Six.
