The whole set is almost perfect. This Batman is amazing. I was kicking ### even on his last click. Just so batty.

I feel about the same for him as I do The First Avenger - a solid figure who is easily the most comic accurate version of the character to-date, who unfortunately is always going to be overshadowed by "better", cheaper versions in Clix. Way to finally nail Batman, though, NECA...

He is well worth his points and pretty much exactly how Batman is in the comics, minus smoke cloud..but I can live without him having that. He is a new staple on my JLA teams.

I used him exactly 3 times(a single tournament) on a 600pt Justice League team. And he did... uh..... go next to people? Ya, that was pretty much it. Batman would L/C next to a guy and Outwit something, presumably to attack next turn but for now just to tie up. Then, that A-hole superstar Icons V Superman(full Gauntlet) would run over with a heavy, and kill that guy. Batman, being a cool guy would shrug his shoulders, and move on. L/C to another guy next turn... Superman, ever the d**k, turns to Aquaman and Constantine, "Hey guys, look what I can do. *superman uses RCE from 10 away, doing 7 and killing Batman's desired target*. At this point he has had enough, and is all "screw you guys, I'm going home" ; and home he goes, doing nearly nothing to aid my 3-0 score.

This in no way demerits Batman, but just goes to show Superman's dickery knows no bounds. Batman's is a good piece, from the few times an opponent got lucky enough to make an attack his 19dv made it nearly impossible to hit, and with no rerolls(thanks to Constantine) it just made it that much more difficult. Batman, at 119 points isn't much of a damage dealer, more of a highly defensive tie-up with some offensive capabilities. So, use him as such.

Just curious who would you guys choose tween this Bats and TDKR Batman #100?

2 entirely different roles on the battlefield. Do you want an attacker with little to no tie-up and almost no support powers, or do you want a tie-up supporter that can attack and ping?

This Batman is very, very good. I pulled him today, finally checked the dial and I was amazed. Probably one of my favorite Batman pieces, both in sculpt and dial.

I figured I had made the answer obvious.
