Joker has gotten the Monster keyword before, several times.
I'd say it fits.

I really like the dial, but the damage potential is too much. He could seriously stand to have -1 damage down his whole dial. Would have slimmed down his cost, too.

I'm not wild about the PC trait either. If it were "he can use PC when he's attacking or attacked", maybe.

Nice sculpt, although I much prefer the classic look. This one's too "Saw".

Given the amount of sculpt reuse in recent sets do you think a swift coat of paint later we might be getting a Victor Zsasz in one of the sets?

After I cut the sculpt off and replace it with the one off of CPoC it will be my favorite Joker.

You know what I like? If someone hits Harley Quinn and knocks her out, Joker gets to base them and attack with a 12 attack for free. Then, he gets to attack them again as his actual action. Oh yeah, let's not forget about his prob with his 12 attack. He's a beast!

Can't wait to get a hold of this Joker. I was bummed he wasn't in the tenth set. This one is better than the DKR versions. I am only buying ten boosters hope I pull him. Can't wait until tomorrow.
