Well this was solicited way in advance so I had to go ahead and put in a pre-order before I knew the contents. If I had known? I probably would have asked a friend or two to split it with me so I can get a few of the tokens. I'm not sure when I will ever need sixteen 20pt bystanders. The stats on them aren't bad and if they stacked, it would have been insane, but they don't. So I'm probably going to try to trade off 8 of the Kryptonians and probably at least 6 of the Soldiers.
I didn't even realize that the MoS Soldiers Sp would work off the tokens from the game. That changes the entire dynamic for me.
'Cause it costs less, I don't want most of the figures from the full starter, I already have a pants-load of maps I never touch, printing bystanders is ghetto, and the micro-map is a fantastic way to trick non-Heroclix players into playing Heroclix.
I was far more interested in the mini-game before last Sunday's HeroClix event at my LCS. A large part of my interest in the mini-game was my desire for Superman and General Zod figures, both of which I received in prize support. Then there's the fact that the store has a higher price on the Man of Steel mini-game than its Star Trek counterpart. I'm interested in the map and tokens but not THAT interested.
