So, if the ruling on these guys is that they give up 40 points every time they die, then they are horrible, but if they only give up their points when their boss dies then they could be a lot of fun. The former could also be a LOT of abuse in point-based tournaments.
What if you had one player field a team with several of these guys. When matched up against a friend, he allows them to all be killed, then they quickly go through the motions of several rounds and they come back, kill them all again, you could rack up hundreds of free points by the end of the game. Then against a normal team he plays much more conservatively and keeps the bonus points low.

I issue at hand here would be the cheating in the game, not the figure used. They could always do this with CA Hydra Agents or Humanoids.
That player should be disqualified, and the other guy too if he willingly went along.
