I run 2 venues in the Cleveland area:
Kidforce which runs 500 point events every Sunday at noon (unless it's a sealed/Gauntlet event or preempted by Magic/Yugioh/WoW special events). I don't post anything for the events on WES because only the owner has access to set things up.

The other, Warzone, I post every event on WES, as well as creating events in the North East Ohio Clix Corp group on Facebook, the ClevelandClix message board, and the store's forums.

The difference in attendance is noteworthy - we average 4 people each week at Kidforce normally, maybe 8-10 for a gauntlet event. At Warzone we get 7-12 players for each event, and we had 15 people last night for our Month 8 event.
