How much I like this piece depends on one thing:

Can I change which starting line I use in each round of a tournament? If so, this becomes an amazing piece in the tournament scene. If not... well, he's okay, then.

AFAIK, no, you need to use the same dial throughout each round of the tournament.

This is one of the most silly Rulings I have seen in awhile.

I always said, " More common sense is needed "
Colossals should Carry, and Punch 2 squares away.
Tweak Mind Control and Smoke Cloud.
Battle Fury should allow you to throw objects.

Batman Allies have TK in the form of Alan Scott both 75th and now DC10. Yes this one is 50 points compared to 145 and 93 respectfully, but now we have more options.

I am glad that they are finally using the "empty KO's" for something now, it's been needed for quite a while me thinks.
